Netlify form processing and storage
Netlify hosts and processes this website’s contact form and may store form submissions on behalf of MJH&N Consulting. The intended production flow is: website visitor → MJH&N contact form → Netlify Forms → submission stored by Netlify.
Email notifications
When the Netlify form notification is configured, submission notifications are intended to be delivered to mjhnconsulting@gmail.com. Netlify is the form processor and notification intermediary; the website does not send submissions directly through a Gmail API or custom backend.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, communicate with a prospective or current customer, manage a potential or ongoing business relationship, maintain legitimate ordinary business records, satisfy applicable legal obligations, or resolve disputes or enforce agreements where applicable. Stale submissions that are no longer reasonably needed may be periodically deleted. This policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
Sharing
MJH&N does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Netlify as the provider used to host and operate the contact form. MJH&N does not add unrelated third-party sharing, advertising pixels, or analytics during this configuration phase.
Technical website information
Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical request data needed to deliver and protect a webpage. MJH&N has not intentionally configured analytics, advertising trackers, visitor profiling, or nonessential cookies on this website.
